Fleet Management – Creating Points of Interest (POI)
Create landmarks on a map that apply to all devices in your fleet. Points of Interest can be created for locations such as restaurants, railway crossings or bridges. Unlike Geo-zones, devices that enter/exit a POI will not be notified (in-cab buzzer) and will not record it as an event. However, POI reports can be generated to show the total duration a given unit has spent in that POI. See attachment for further instructions.
